Tailored for children aged 6 to 14, a one-of-a-kind educational experience designed for children who crave the wonders of the natural world, project-based learning, and a dynamic curriculum that embraces the great outdoors. Our program is an adventure where every day is an opportunity for exploration and discovery.
No two days are the same at Kidwings. Our curriculum is flexible, allowing us to tailor each lesson to the interests of the students and the spontaneous discoveries made in the field. Whether it’s finding an octopus in a tide pool or tracking animals on a trail, these real-world encounters guide our lessons.
Kidwings Nature School for Homeschoolers is not just a school; it’s an adventure. Here, education is an exploration, and every day is an opportunity to be amazed.
We are a nomadic- style school, we rotate locations every day within the San Diego City Central Area. Students can explore a variety of local, natural places. Children are exposed to a diversity of environments, structures, materials, and challenges as they engage in activities in locations throughout San Diego such as parks, farms, community gardens, and historic places. Pick-ups and drop-offs vary everyday depending on the location.
