She has many years of experience working with children, fostering safe, creative, and engaging environments for their growth. At Kidwings Nature School, she serves as the Education Manager and Lead Teacher, guiding outdoor learning inspired by Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, and Forest School approaches. She is passionate about helping children connect with nature, build curiosity, and develop confidence through meaningful experiences. Ursula also mentors and supports the teaching team, ensuring quality and consistency in every program. Her background includes curriculum design, activity planning, and building positive connections with children and families.
