My First Moon Summer Camps

Embracing My Cycles

“The relationship between mother and daughter is the foundation of every woman’s health. It matters more biologically, emotionally and psychologically than any other personal relationship in a woman’s life” (Christiane Northrup).

My First Moon Summer Camps - Registration Form

A one-of-a-kind Summer Camp

The intention of these Summer Camps for girls is that through these spaces they begin to connect with their essence as a woman. Sowing a seed of awareness in future generations can change the course of Humanity, which is why accompanying girls from a very early age is an important and necessary task to provide them with tools that allow them to go through each vital moment, each cycle and experience in a healthy, conscious and harmonious way, both with themselves, with their environment and with the Natural world.

Girls will learn from an early age to:

Connect with their body

in a positive way

Connect with the cycles

and their female energy

Accept and embrace who they are

Do meaningful activities of self care

Our deep desire is to honor our female lineage by promoting that girls live their first menstruation without trauma, without fear, or shame. Being aware of what it means to be women, accepting their changes, feeling good about their own femininity, understanding their menstrual cycle and its cyclicity.

My First Moon Summer Camps - Registration Form

PM: Intentional relationship between mother and daughter

In this circle the mothers will be invited to attend as well. This last circle aims to create a space for connection between mother and daughter, a moment of sharing and communicating in a more conscious, loving, and harmonious way as it occurs in their daily lives. Embrace the heart-to-heart connection between mother and daughter to strengthen their bond.

Therefore it is important that each mother attend the circle since no girl will be able to participate in this space if the mother does not come with her. This will be the last day of the camp, Friday afternoon for about 4 hours where they will be doing very meaningful activities for connection and bonding.
