KidWings Student Registration Form Spring 2023!

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A REGISTRATION FORM! Before filling out this form please make sure we are the right fit for your little one and your family. That the hours, locations and philosophy is what you are looking for. Once you fill out you are registering your chil(dren) with us and we will be sending you, forms, contract and invoice. There are no refunds.

Children must be 3 years old by January 1, 2023 to be eligible to apply. Our school year is from September 2022 – June 2023. Classes in the fall begin Sept 6th, 2022 and in the Spring January 3rd, 2023.

Spanish in Nature on Fridays and Chess must be 4 year old and up on Fridays and Saturdays. Mondays are 5 years old and up.
